VINTAGE KEITH HARING

Is this some fake keith haring or not? Can i know the value of this tshirt?
So I have seen fake KH tags before, and the ones I saw had his name, not Pop Shop branding. I haven't ever picked up on fake PS tags, not sure they exist, but not on my radar much. I will say that it's common for these tags to be sewn in like that.
This to me, logically, seems like a size S wouldn't be a target for counterfeiters, since that size has the least sales potential.
What are the measurements of this BTW, the dimensions look odd. Almost like it was a bigger size and was just cropped in length.
