anyone read Japanese? is this from the 1964 Tokyo Olympics?

The Tokyo olympics were in 1964 and this zip up jacket thing FEELS like mid 60s ish. Does anyone read Japanese? I'm dying to know what's up with this jacket thing.

hey i looked at the jersey. and 5 chinese characters are not japanese unfortunetaly.....they are CHINESE haha, but they make sense we share some parts of chinese characters. its a university name and im not sure these letters clue if its a TOKYO olympic thing. however i searched on its uni and wiki said that uni's name changed once in 1963 to 大同工学院, exactly same name on the jersey. so i dont know if its olympic related stuff but it could made in 60's.
