Tag looks to be out of the 1980s, although I can't find a match for it. Is there a CA number on the back?
When I run the logo through lens, it comes up empty.
It also looks quite small - is it kid's size?

It is an adult medium, 80s and prior always seem to run small , No CA number on the back

High likelihood that it's a local league jersey based in Canada. I would try to find a match for that logo, but since I couldn't, it doesn't appear to be official, but maybe I missed something.
