Nike jacket and Nike pants

Unsure of when this Nike jacket is from…seems legit but the tag is not consistent with the other silver tags I’ve seen.
The pants, from a different store, seem to be bootleg but I’m not sure. Never seen the random L tag next to the Nike tag, it has an acg logo but not an acg tag, etc. I’m assuming it’s a bootleg?
