Nirvana sliver in 19.5 wide or shirts with tight collars

Hi folks I’m in need of a nirvana sliver shirt that measures from 19-19.5 inches wide this would be a medium.

I find xls all the time and I happen to own one that measures 20 but it fits odd, I like shirts with tight collars.

If anyone is selling any shirts please let me know
