Same here. I've sold a couple of items to various themed museums, as well as devoted private collectors, and it's so nice when you know an item has just "clicked" with the person it was meant to be with.

Follow-up to this story which makes it even better:
The guy who bought it actually worked on that boat for 6 summers during high school and college.
