Dead Kennedys Statue of Liberty Gun Tee Fifth Column
Hi, i want to ask if this tshirt is legit?
Re: Dead Kennedys Statue of Liberty Gun Tee Fifth Column
Is it a pink color? Or is that just a camera issue?
The print is not great. I compared it against 4 other ones I found floating around.
Registration looks off. Fine details are missing. The print inside looks like it may have been faked.
What country is this out of?

I'm not sure whether the color is white which has faded red or white which has lost color due to age. I'm from Indonesia

I would avoid if you're thinking on buying it, and make sure you get a real one.

Yes, I bought it in an online shop, the color didn't seem to be a problem, but after it arrived I saw that the original color was like pink (if the t-shirt is soaked in water it will look very pink). I've asked on ig @fifthcolumntshirts and he answered "from the photo this looks like an original" but honestly I'm not satisfied with that answer I'm still looking for a printed fifth column tag in black ink like on my t-shirt
Dear Jimmy, thank you for taking the time to answer my question
I really appreciate you

No probs! Yeah, they have an entirely new staff, that may not be savvy to the modern fakes.
I was in contact with them years ago through email - and was in communication with one of the founders, could try that.
I took a quick stroll through their IG and you can see the vast difference between yours and the one they posted from their archives.
I think generally these are similar to Mosquitohead, there will be some organic differences (included two potentially authentic ones below, can clearly see differences in them, and the white detailing around the letters), but look at something the dollar sign, their logo, etc, compared to yours.
Also the half-tone dots in something like the gun.
I'm also pretty sure this print was targeted by Thai bootleggers recently.
Here's an example from eBay.
To make matters more complicated, they reprinted these at some point too? some of those would still be vintage, but I think there were second/third runs of these after they were first printed, and here's one from the 2000s.
