Can i get an lc for this one? It’s look off for me, but the seller say’s it’s legit.

I have yet to see a fake Changes tag. I don't think Tweety is worth counterfeiting.
But now I'm drawing a blank as to seeing a woven Changes tag before! There's none in our archives. That said, if they were going to fake a Changes tag it would be easier to fake the more common version, that is printed.
