First red flag - an FOTL tag like this, an L, wouldn't be 24 inches. Not even an XL would be, in deadstock.
Second, the colors and details on the tag, immediately seemed odd. But I did manage to find tags with yellow on them:

But no where near that vibrant. Maybe this tag of yours is an outlier, or oddball.
That said, the double stitch collar is also concerning.
See if you can find another tag like this one.

This would be fake they never made fruit of the loom blanks like that espeically for this print
