Rolling Stones 1981: bootleg or forgery?

Picked this up this weekend at the flea market.
It's deadstock, screen printed on a "Touch of Gold" t-shirt of the era(never seen one of these not on a 3/4 jersey). The printing lacks the detail of some of the orginals sold on ebay, and the registration of the colors is off. There is no copyright date.
I've seen more than a few outright contemporary fakes of this shirt around for sure, but none like this. What does everyone think? Contemporary fake? Or 1980's parking lot bootleg?
