Grateful Dead 1993 Spring Tour Shirt

Came across this Grateful Dead shirt with a tag I've never seen before. I saw that the graphic is licensed to 'Brockum Group' but the tag says 'Soccer USA'. Anyone encounter this tag before? Is this tee legit? Any insight is greatly appreciated :)

Odd! Never seen that tag, and weird to be on Brockum licensed tee, but remember Brockum used other blanks. Doesn't strike me as being a vintage bootleg, they wouldn't bother with the copyright line. The design is also not super GD-esque, so I don't know why someone would fake it.

I had the same thoughts as well! The tag is definitely super unique because I’ve never came across one like this.
