Can you please upload a closeup of the tag?

I don't have the shirt in hand, but I'll reach out to see if I can get one! Thanks
Re: Cronies Tag_Marilyn Manson Legit Check
There are a few red flags here.
1. I'm spotting some slight variances in the Cronies tag based on what's in our database.
https://www.defunkd.com/brand/cronies/
It's hardly a great sample size - and I'm spotting legit inconsistencies within our database too, so let's ignore this. But I also couldn't find another one like this on a Cronies tag.
2. Based on the 3 Cronies XLs in our database - they are 23" chests. This one is 21".
3. The top part of the Cronies tag is buried under the seam.
4. There are loose threads above it.
5. The image actually looks very crisp, but it's slightly different than the other ones I pulled. On yours, he's missing the right side of the image - cuts off his collar. The diamond shape is skewed/no centered. And the gold detail isn't there on yours. The only one that I found similar to yours was a reprint.
So if you're considering buying, I would skip it for something you're 100% sure on.

My suspicion was right, thank you! I’ve been collecting vintage shirts for a while now, but I’m just now realizing how many counterfeits are floating around out there. It’s a damn shame.

Re: Cronies Tag_Marilyn Manson Legit Check
This one is currently for sale on eBay. I’m just glad I did not end up pulling the trigger. Thanks for your help.
Now I’m starting to wonder if some of my other shirts may be counterfeit..

Re: Cronies Tag_Marilyn Manson Legit Check
You can see that the stitching was cut and this tag was sewn in after the fact. This is not the original tag to this shirt. Check the errant stitching in the top-right corner. The thread looks thinner than the original stitching too.
Also, you see the waves in the tag stitching, when the rest of the neckline isn't wavy? This is because they washed and/or dried it on hot after the fake tag was sewn in, and that stitching shrunk.
Glad you asked, and trusted your hunch, because this definitely isn't legit.
