The Beatles tshirt is this vintage/legit?

The Beatles tshirt single stitch on sleeves and bottom hem. Measures 21.5 pit to pit x 29 inches long. Tag is worn and can’t be read. Thanks for any info!
There is a good chance it's vintage, probably mid to late '90s? But it's also highly-likely to be a boot, and not licensed. I can't make out the tag at all.
Value wise, not a ton. $50ish?
