Metallica Guns N Roses 1992 Tour Long Sleeve Tee

I've seen this version with short-sleeve tees, but this is the only type with long sleeves. Do you think this is newly printed or actual Tee from 1992?
I’m also wondering this WILD OATS Tag is legit.

Hmmmmm good q. What Wild Oats tag is weird.
We don't have a ton in our archive but, can't find an exact match for that one:

the broken stop and bottom line of the border is ok, and the chain stitch baseline between the words checks out, but overall the tag is different from the other examples we have:
