Can anyone confirm this item is vintage legit or not? Both sleeves single stitch and also at hem is single stitch. The wash tag for japan market. And front tag below the shirt is USA.

These were proud products of the USA at the time that this label was in circulation. It's a replica from Japan, though I can't say for sure how old it is; Japan has been at the forefront of the vintage clothing movement and has been doing replicas for a while. Many of them are even licensed.
