Frank Zappa tee on a PTP tag. Have never seen a ptp tag and don’t know what it is. Only clue on what the shirt is the words Oka 96’. Anyone know if this shirts vintage or just a print job.

STUMPED! never seen PTP, but we know it's 90s now.
That signature looks like JASON to me.
Dig around and see if you can find any airbrush artists with the same sig. Google images doesn't bring back any hits.
