Can you guys help me out? If it’s thai boot or euro.
Mannnn hard to say, I've never seen that tag, and can't find any other examples of it. It's a bit out of our wheelhouse since not technically vintage yet. But the Thailand aspect on the back will always raise eyebrows. If it's something you are considering buying I would focus on another version of this shirt that is less suspicious.
But it could also be a vintage boot, I doubt it's modern given the tag seems so obscure.
