Can you help me identify what the tag was?

This was my dad's favourite tee back in the days. He worn it so much to the point that the tag got lost. He then told me that he remembers the tag being made in USA. But I kind of assume that this tag is top heavy aussie.

Hard to say with just that.

Although notably it has that raw neckline, which is very Top Heavy-eque.
