Nirvana Smiley legit reprint?

I believe this one's a reprint in early 00's (due to it having back print and reprint of the 1992 licence) I usually see this reprint variant in Gildan,M&O or Anvil. But for this tee I can't tell if it's a legit reprint since it does have any tag on? (The tag collar seems like it was literally ripped not cut)
