I see a lot of these with at Turbogadget tag, which I always thought was 2000+.
Anywho, I also find these type of metal tees to be challenging because they bands often reissued / reissue the prints via their websites.
I was able to find only one other that matches yours well - with the same size tag, where the person described it:
"A lot of good official & bootlegged versions of World Demise shirts out there, but this one is best."
