Bit confusing here, you are showing two different shirts right?
So once again we see that people tend to make blanket statements about t-shirts without actually doing the legwork. So here they are saying it never has the print on the front of the front collar?
I've never heard that one before, but just by the fact that screen printers tend to make printing errors, commonly, it seems like a bunch of nonsense. What does make a fake shirt is a fake shirt, and there are many other methods, especially with HSB tees to determine this.
Another example of this:
X shirt was never on X tag. Sure there are lots of valid examples of that claim. But there are also as many false ones, because the people making the claims haven't actually investigated the claim.
Yes, I agree, HSB on a Giant Tee Jays tag is not the norm.
I also agree, that most of the fake HSBs are on Giant by Tee Jays tag.
BUT I do not agree that a HSB on a Giant Tee Jays tag is always fake.
We already addressed this in a massive post last year and undoubtedly proved that there are true vintage HSB tees on Giant by Tee Jays tags.

With a quick look - seems like one of those is okay, and the other is fake - can you please post the tag on the other one?
Also, who and were is making the claim?
