That shirt is from the late 80s or early 90s and not tremendously valuable. You could probably expect to sell it for about $5 on ebay.

Frank is right. Not much value to this tee.

The 1958 and 1965 dates simply refer to the copyright years of the original Snoopy artwork. They have nothing to do with the year the t-shirt was printed.
