80s? Subhumans worlds apart XL

I’m having trouble dating and valuing this shirt. I can't find anything comparable on here or eBay sold or listed. It’s single stitch and the album came out in 85 but I don’t really know fruit of the loom tags. Size XL with some small holes. Thanks!

I think legit 80s although hard to tell by the way the tag is twisted - whats the pit to pit measurement?
