This tee has me confounded. Any idea on subject matter/era/value?

The graphics are pretty unique, including the psychedelic glasses on the front graphic, and don't seem to be generically related to the words "Merry Go Round."

The tag is pretty hard to read, but I think the RN# is 27887, which is for Getratex Corp. It was made in Romania, a size L, and 100% cotton. (It's a little under 18" pit to pit, and has a few small stains and a small scuff/abrasion/hole)

I was hoping that I could find some connection to the psychedelic rock band The Merry-Go-Round from the late 60s or some other proper noun version of Merry Go Round, but I haven't found any, and the lack of hyphens leaves me doubtful about the band connection.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
