It's 90s.
There are fake Tultex tags floating around, check this post:

This one doesn't have the same characteristics of the fake one there. But I've heard rumors there are better fakes floating around, and we're looking in to it.
Which is why it's usually better to examine the print anyway.
After a quick search I couldn't find a similar one to do a comparison.
Gut says it's okay, generally, those photo prints are harder to pull off because of all the shading and gradients.
But if you find other examples of that print, post it in here!
