This one threw me for a bit of a curve ball. First, I can't find any record of that tag in Google images. The company still exists today:
innercitymerch.com/band-tshirts
but their tags are different now, and it looks like they're using Gildan more than their own tags. It says they've been around since the 80s.
I can't imagine it's not legit, it just might be a reissue - and not fully sure what era. But the single stitch could mean 90s era.
I bet you could just email em and get the answer:

btw, he said they had a partnership with a UK company named Acme Levelcourt, isn't acme an australian company? i can't find any reference about acme levelcourt in particular
