Wow, tricky one. Nothing in image search.

the ® should mean it was registered as a trademark, but I can't find any record of it. There is a "roseworld" production company but completely different logo - and no "the."

Where did you find it?

Wonder if it has anything to do with this clothing company, El Charro. Their logo at some point was El Charro The Rose World. They've been around since 1974, apparently, and are still kicking. You should send them a pic of your shirt and ask them if it's one of theirs.
