That was uploaded to our database more recently, 2017.

But it's a complicated print, and I don't think a bootleg.

But as we know certain t-shirt blanks/tags can be used by bootleggers but doesn't necessarily mean everything on that tag is one.

Your print looks a bit off, easier to do a print comparison than focusing on the tag.
