1994 Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon shirt - Legit?

Post by Table_Football »

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. I came across an apparent 1994 Pink Floyd Dark Side of The Moon shirt by 'Brockum Worldwide' in a Charity Shop today for £5. At first I thought it was a 100% legit vintage shirt purely because of how faded it is, but browsing on here and seeing that there are a lot of other indicators as to whether it's real or not, so I thought I'd register and ask the question.

It's 23" from Pit to Pit and 27" from the collar to the hem on the rear.

Pure legit, though it's likely later in the 1990s, as that Brockum Worldwide tag is a secondary, lessor seen version.

That's great, thank you ever so much.

The tag was a bit of a worry as I couldn't see anything similar on the Brockum guide you have, so I'm pleased it's proper.

You know what, I think I mistook it for this one:

It does feel a little sus now, but I can't imagine someone going through all the trouble to create their own woven Brockum tag, unless it's a bootleg of the era.

What's on the back? does it say Made in China?

And what's on that hangtag?

This is the rear of the tag, there is no indication of where it was made.

The hang tag is just the pricing label from the charity shop I got it from, every item they sell has them on.

I know I've seen it before. Going to have to keep my eyes peeled. There's no record of it in Google images.

Tag looks the same but unsure if that’s legit either.

Presuming it’s a 90s boot, what sort of value do you think it has?

YES I knew I had seen it before, but I think in that instance I was also mistaking it for the other version.

The print is definitely a screen print - and it's single stitch. I don't think it makes much difference to the value either way, but this is a tag I'm keeping an eye out for. Interesting both are Floyd tees.
