Date of print / legit check RATM

Post by Floppo »

Hi,

I’ve just come across this RATM T-shirt,

I guess it’s a reprint but I would like any advice about it,

Tag : seems ok to me
Stitch : double
Print method : I guess it’s DTG
Print : the front as the back is really off-centered

Measures:
Armpit to armpit 24 inch
Top to bottom 27 inch

Thanks for the reply

Really like your assessment here and as soon as I looked at a closeup of the print I thought DTG too.

The tag, is 90s.

But yes, maybe someone got a hold of a blank and used it for DTG?

You can see some sort of print issue with the red portion of his face.

And the Rage letters are supposed to be white, but the red fabric is peeking through.

Thanks a lot for the reply, and

What about the print being off centered ?
Is it something you ever see and might be the sign of a poor reprint job ?

Def doesn't help. There are TONS of legit tees that are off center, so that's no necessarily a big red flag, but when combined with the other factors, another knock against its authenticity.
