I have two of these both brand new sealed in plastic bags but opened one to see the full shirt. No idea what contest it was but inside the packaging was paper that said

Congratulations!
You're a winner in the
"Round Up the Brands of Restaura" contest.
You've won an "I've Been Branded" T-Shirt!

This is what has to be the ultimate snack mullet tee.

So Restaura was owned by Dial Inc. as a food and catering service. It was done on a large scale across the U.S., I believe, and the trademark expired in the 2000s.

They had the Ball Park One account, the stadium in Arizona when it was erected in the late 90s.

I can't find a trace of info on this contest though, but the above info definitely helps explain it, they were celebrating their clients.

Gut says that, given the size of the company, it may have been an internal contest. Whatever it was, it didn't make much waves because even newspaper archives have zero information about it.
