I need help dating what year this kenwood tag is
Need help putting a year on this tag, might be 70's to 80's?
Re: I need help dating what year this kenwood tag is
Thanks for adding, we don't have this in our archive, and can't really find a trace of it through regular channels.
According to the RN calculator, that number was issued in the early 1960s.
The RN details point to
SALWEN BROS in new york, a business that I've been able to find as far back as the roaring 20s.
The rest is a mystery.
So I can't do much better than late 70s early 80s.
Oddly, there are no results for beyond the 1920s - nor could I find any trace of Kenwood being registered for clothing (other than the stereo brand)
What's the print BTW?

Did you see the one on Grailed?
They say the chest is 22".
Second, looks like the RN doesn't end in 3 - in your photo it looks like a 3.
In the one on grailed it's a 5.
So let's start again lol. Still early 60s, but it's registered to
SIS FASHIONS, New York.
Where I can find even less about it.
The grailed version lists it as 90s, but it's odd to have a 50/50 tag that looks like that in the 90s.
what's the pit to pit on yours?
