Is this "distressed" or simply destroyed?

Hi, I'm wondering if I could get the opinions from members of this group if this shirt still holds any significant value in it's current condition. It's an XL I obviously loved wearing this shirt in the 90's - it was perfect garb for a noise rock guitar player!

Hmmmm gonna be a tough sell with that collar being gone. Going with destroyed.
