Sub Pop Touch Me Tee legit check

I just found a sub pop t-shirt with the port company tag unfortunately I can't tell if it's vintage or not because there is no guide on google and I don't know what the market price is

P&C was launched in 1998. So the chances of this being vintage are slim, but I have never done a dive into these tags because they are most of the 2000s.
