Is it safe to wash this shirt the seller said it had bleach rot on the alien graphic part of the shirt and I’m afraid if I put it in the washing machine it’s going to get shredded

I would just use SOAK detergent and wash it that way without even much movement just a pure soak, then dry it flat on a towel.

But it's on its last legs unless you have someone reinforce those spots. You might look into having that done.
