Help dating/valuing a Megadeth shirt

Just picked this up and I've never seen one before. It has a small split on the shoulder next to the tag, as pictured. Tag says Pool Beach/VH Wear... hard to search for that. Tag says 100% cotton and it's papery. Overall, the graphics are in good shape; color is a tad faded. I'm fairly familiar with Megadeth, but can't pin this to an era. It seems old. My concern is that it's a concert boot. No year on it.
