The Who & Grateful Dead, 1976, Day on the Green 8 & 9

Post by EugOR »

This t-shirt was purchased at the Day on the Green concert in Oakland, California in 1976 where The Who and the The Grateful Dead performed. I am the original owner of this shirt and wonder if it has any value?

Sure does! Thanks for sharing, rare - never seen it before.

Double header - Who fans and Dead Heads would bite on that - plus collectors/dealers out to score rare 70s concert artifacts.

Depends on how long you want to sit on it - but at auction would probably fetch at least $500 up to who knows what - if you have the right bidders.

JJ - Thank you for the reply. I'm a former Dead Head and found this in an old box of memories. I'm ready to move it along to someone who will appreciate it so may try the on-line auction approach. Thank you again. JL

Cool! Please post a link when its live! If you can hold out late november is typically the best time to post to auction.
