super t-shirt tag label (which era?)

I got this tee from Old Skate/Music Shop.. Now it's already closed.. The owner told me it has been stored over 20years.. So, anyone know which era this Tag label?

I've never seen that tag before.

A generic 90's blank used when printing probably because it was cost effective.
