21" is pretty large pit-to-pit for a M in the 80s. Although it hasn't been washed. The all-over style extended coverage of the print makes me think it's safer to label as 90s.

Agreed Jimmy. Mid to late 90's. I was never a fan of the big overall graphics but they sure were popular there for a while.
