Question about a t-shirt

I found this t-shirt today in my regular rounds but I am having trouble reading the name of the artist...perhaps you guys can help me out.
It looks like it says Jim Benten or Jim Ben tm...tm for trade mark? I did some searching but had no luck.

Thank you for your reply Ryan and here are the other pics of the shirt. That signature at the top of the page on his site sure does look similar. It also says in his bio that he started his career in a custom design t-shirt shop designing his own characters.
I just looked on ebay and there is a t-shirt with a similar signature for sale. Looks like mystery solved!
