Swiped this photo from the Defunkd "Brands" archive. I'm trying to date a t-shirt that has the tag style second from the left (the one with the brown "Russell Athletic" script going diagonally across the "R").
The tee itself is for the Special Olympics, which was founded in 1968. It's 100% cotton rather than a poly/cotton blend. Does this tag date back to the late 60's, or would this be 70's era?
