Lots of Navajo print stuff is pretty hot right now, but the Navajo Nation is reporting a ton of items using the word Navajo on Ebay right now. Maybe related to their recent battle with Urban Outfitters. The only info I could find about Navajo being trademarked is that it was denied in the 70s because it was too common of a word. Either way... heads up.
