I picked this up today,
Its a Dallas Cowboys T-shirt
it has a ugly mean looking man with fangs, wearing a football helmet with the star logo on the side.

Along the outside of the print it says
Joe Richard 1978 Copyright 1976 Dalco Athletic Lettering.

color is light blue with dark blue rings aroung neck and arms

Just an update for anyone who cars.
THe company that printed these is still in existence I emailed them and to my surprise they replied and quickly.
They named the artist of the shirt, stating he was a local "sports art person"
The shirt was printed on a 4 color press creating a new type of transfer.

Hey G - I replied over at your other post with no photo - it's a Dallas Cowboys inspired tee, but not licensed. Very cool the company still exists, reminds me of Roach stuff.
