ANy help is appreciated, I haven't found anything definitive online. Any experts give me a hand??

Sorry, that's out of my tag knowledge, a whole other brand universe I've never paid attention to.

I'd say 90s. The only time I consider PRL being this era is the made in USA.

That's pre-NAFTA implementation, likely pre-1996. Hard to date unless you're a Polo/Lauren guru. Just looking at the tag, I'd say early 90's. The tag hasn't changed much since the 80's.
