Sorry, the Wild Oats tag picture was sent to my phone by a friend. The shirt is GnR with a huge gun on the front with three roses and a bunch of bullets.

I concur with Jam Master JJ...it's a 90s and that specific shirt is from 1993.

yes, the 80s wild oats was smaller and had an italic and written font if I remember correctly.
