Famous Headbangers T-Shirt - Heavy Metal Bands

Post by TimeForMemories »

Looking for help on year and value for this Famous Headbangers t-shirt. The tag has been clipped so I can't use that to help date it. Maybe someone can tell quickly by the combo of bands on the back? Thanks in advance for any info!

Hey Jimmy. Pit to pit is 20.5" and length is 26.5". It feels more like a 90s shirt as it's not quite as thick as newer ones, but not as thin as 80s ones.

Just looking at some of the bands listed on the shirt, many were formed or were unknown until 2000, in some cases, well after. For example, Devildriver wasn't even formed until 2002, Killswitch Engage didn't release an album until 2000 and were relatively unknown until 2003, and The Black Dahlia Murders were formed in 2001, etc. So more than likely the shirt is from the early/mid 2000s, at the earliest. May still be desirable to a dedicated head banger or death metal fan. A lot of keywords to enter, though :D

Haha, for real on the keywording! :D Thanks for the help, guys! Took a chance since it was only $1 and it sounds like I'll at least be able to make a little something off of it. :)
