I'm guessing this tag is probably early 90s since it's still made in USA, but I wanted get thoughts from here as well. Thanks in advance!

Seems like a safe bet, looks as though they stopped making in the USA toward the end of the 1990s.

A year later, Champion laid off another 30 employees at the Perry plant and stopped making high school and college uniforms there.
