I'm guessing this tag is probably early 90s since it's still made in USA, but I wanted get thoughts from here as well. Thanks in advance!

Seems like a safe bet, looks as though they stopped making in the USA toward the end of the 1990s.

A year later, Champion laid off another 30 employees at the Perry plant and stopped making high school and college uniforms there. By 1998, Champion closed the Perry plant, which once was the largest employer in Wyoming County."
