Airborne Screaming Eagles Shirt

Any ideas of era and value for this shirt? The tag is faded, but it is "Commando" brand (not sure when that's from, but it seems like an 80s shirt). It's very soft and thin. There are a few light spots and also some fading at the top of the graphic. No holes or tears.
