Check Out This (F)arley Jacket

Post by CRAZYBUBBA »

It's a modern leather jacket with a painted naked lady and #1 harley patch. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out.

We featured a similar customized leather vest:

didn't fetch a lot, I'm thinking unless it's a true Harley product it doesn't benefit too much from the owner customization.

Although that's some nice handy work and a sought after design. Only time shall tell...I say it ends for under $100.

Big bucks, no whammies.

Yup, legit Harley stuff with that naked lady print is pretty coveted. I think that most people who bid in the 1950s vintage category know their stuff and probably wouldn't bid on it.

Going by the value of the print and patch only I'd say $~50. I guess we'll see.

Doesn't help that its painted on a circa 1990's cheapo leather jacket.

I'm actually in the market for a new motorcycle jacket so I looked through his auctions and there's an awful lot of hand painted stuff. All of it miscategorized as 40s or 50s.

Looking through his history it doesn't look like people are falling for it.

Check this out:

At least on ebay he's got the "handmade" "vintage" jacket market cornered.
